詢問店家後的回答是主廚曾在日本連鎖蛋包飯餐廳裡工作好幾年,而蛋包飯證照也引起我的好奇查了一下,這是日本可果美公司在2010導入的「蛋包飯檢定考(オムライス検定)」制度,這間公司的主要產品之一就是番茄醬在日本自然聯想到蛋包飯,為了提升業務員的專業知識而進行的內部測試(限社內員工),檢定分三級(今年才增加第一級)合格者會在名片印上標誌如下圖。
